Hello! Do not forget to attend Group Support on April 3. Exercise is our topic. Ryan Gootee will be our speaker on how to motivate ourselves from the reclining position to the walking position. We all suffer from too little exercise but with the multitude of excuses- we convince ourselves that it is OK. We all need to exercise for physical and mental health. Becca will be arranging some icebreakers to help us engage in better communication as a group. Lap Band Indiana wants to help you achieve your goals and excel at a healthier lifestyle.
