Recognize All Your Successes- Be careful not to focus on weight loss alone: Did you learn something new at work? Improve your home or garden? Help your child with homework? Run errands for a sick friend? Raise money for charity? Keep a list of the non-weight-related things you’ve accomplished this week, month, and year, and reflect on them when you need a boost. #lapband #itfits
