Do you drink enough water?

Drink 64 ounces of water each day.Facts about water:

You should drink at least 64 ounces of water daily. That’s equivalent to TWO large beverage cups at any fast food restaurant. It may seem like a lot of water at first, but once you get into the habit, it will just come as second nature to you.
